How would you rate Lose The Back Pain?
Why am I unable to connect with your online address? What's the issue?
“I can definitely answer that. It's the system constantly altering spellings! I can't even begin to count how many times it has attempted to undo my partially written words or web addresses! Who came up with a process that prevents us from spelling accurately, just because it prefers a different way? Or it assumes we intended to use a different word altogether! If you're having trouble accessing any websites, double-check how it modified your writing. The correct word is TIL, an abbreviation for until, not TILL as in tilling the soil!”

Why was there a $1 charge on my Visa that I did not agree to, even though I ordered the free book online and paid $5.98 for shipping using my credit card?
“These individuals are complete scam artists! I strongly advise staying away from this company at all costs! They have repeatedly made fraudulent charges on my card, and I have been engaged in a constant battle with them ever since. Their so-called 90-day refund policy is absolutely worthless, and to make matters worse, I never even authorized the creation of my account!”

How can I make them stop sending me items that I haven't ordered?
“You have the option to decline a package when the shipper delivers it, or even afterwards. The shipper can arrange for it to be returned as "refused". If it is a package sent through US mail, you can write "refused, return to sender". Contact your debit or credit card bank and request them to stop payments. If possible, try to stop payments directly through the website, if they provide an entry field for it, although it may not always be available. Consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online, but make sure to provide specific details such as dates, charges, and actions taken. This approach tends to be more effective than a frustrated rant.”

I placed an order yesterday and I would like to cancel it.
“Clearly, they are unable to provide assistance on Sitejabber since it is not their platform. Like most companies, you would need to visit their official website for support.”

Yeah, I was planning on trying out the free trial and if it worked, I would have continued with the order. It seemed like something worth trying since it's supposed to be natural. However, after reading all these negative reviews, I have changed my mind. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but to see a whole page filled with customers complaining - something seems off. This representative, Eva K., keeps responding to every complaint and making excuses, but there's definitely something suspicious going on if so many people are complaining about being charged on their credit cards after canceling and the company's refusal to accept unopened returns. I'm definitely avoiding this company. Has anyone in this situation received a refund?
“I'm not entirely certain about the refund policy. Additionally, I find it puzzling why there are negative reviews, as it seems like those individuals never truly gave the product a fair opportunity. Personally, I have been using it for 15 years without any complaints. It is true that they offer a monthly shipment option, but I have never utilized it. Initially, I gave it a try but then easily canceled it. I prefer to order it only when I require it.”
“I've had nothing but positive experiences with their products. However, I've learned the importance of thoroughly reading the terms and conditions. After adjusting my diet and incorporating their capsules, I am now completely pain-free.”
“I was able to get a refund for one newsletter, but unfortunately, I received a flat-out refusal for any other refund requests.”
“Honestly, I believe he possesses a solid core philosophy regarding the mechanics and psychology behind back pain. His free book, the 7-day cure, was actually quite good and the information provided was fairly accurate. However, where he loses people, including myself, is with the action plans he mentions throughout the book. It turns out that these plans are mostly derived from his own material, which means that implementing the plan could potentially cost over $1000. This was a major turn off for me. His so-called friendly emails, where he asks for the reader's help, and the pseudo-friendly headings like "I know you" and "I made a mistake" are all tactics commonly used in mass marketing, which he undoubtedly pays a marketing business to come up with. As for his products, they have either not worked for me or have only provided temporary relief. For example, the "Heal and soothe" and pain cream only work for about 5 minutes. Additionally, other products he sells can be found at much cheaper prices elsewhere. Ultimately, it is up to the reader to decide for themselves. It does seem that there are those who have had great success with his methods.”
“We do not offer refunds, even if the product is returned unopened.”
