"Helpful stretches, but I had to trust my gut a bit"
I used the program for a few weeks, some of the stretches did make my back feel less tight. I could kind of tell my body was responding well to a few of them. That said, the instructions weren’t always as clear as I hoped. Sometimes I just had this feeling I wasn’t doing the move quite right, so I ended up rewinding and watching parts again to figure it out. Overall, it’s not a bad program, and it did help somewhat, but I wish it were a little simpler and easier to follow...

"Videos were sorta okay, but the guide felt basic"
It was helpful enough overall, but some of the videos looked sorta dated. The guide was easy to follow, though it felt basic.

"Promises sounded better than the results"
I gave losethebackpain.com a try because it made it sound like my mobility and flexibility would really improve, but that just wasn’t my experience. A lot of the stretches felt basic, like things I’d already seen a bunch of times before. I kept waiting for the results they seemed to promise, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe it helps some people, but for me it felt like I spent time and money on something that didn’t really deliver.

"I tried these supplements for my back pain..."
I tried these supplements for my back pain and after a few weeks I did feel a bit less stiff, which was nice. It wasn’t like a huge wow difference for me though, just kinda helped a little. Shipping was totally fine and everything showed up as expected. Not bad overall, I’m just not 100% sure I’d grab them again tbh

"I ordered from losethebackpain.com and had a question..."
I ordered from losethebackpain.com and had a question about my account, so I emailed their support team. I got the usual auto-reply right away, which is fine, I get that everyone uses those now. But then days went by and nothing. I kept checking my inbox like I was waiting on concert tickets or something, except way less exciting.
I tried emailing again and still didn’t get an actual helpful response. Maybe their product works great for some people, and back pain stuff is one of those things where everyone swears by something different, kind of like mattresses or coffee brands. But for me, the support was just too slow and frustrating. I didn’t feel taken care of at all

"I liked that the advice was easy..."
I liked that the advice was easy to understand and seemed generally useful, but it didn’t really feel specific to my back issue. It came across a bit generic, like something that could apply to anyone, so I was hoping for something more personal to my situation.

"I was a little worried it might bother..."
I was a little worried it might bother my stomach, but it was totally fine. I felt okay after taking it and didn’t notice any weird side effects. The only random thing I remember is that I took it while sitting next to a bright orange coffee mug, but other than that, uneventful in a good way.

"Didn’t really do much for my back"
I tried this hoping it would help with my lower back pain, but honestly... I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe I was expecting too much after reading the website, I don’t know. Just felt kind of disappointed overall.

"Not sure it’s worth the price"
I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but this just felt kind of overpriced for what it is. It’s not terrible or anything, I just keep thinking I probably wouldn’t pay that much for it again

"Billing was confusing and the wait made it worse"
I wasn’t happy with the billing experience on this site. The checkout felt confusing, and I didn’t feel like the total cost was clearly laid out before I paid.

Afterward, I ended up waiting around and spending way too much time trying to figure out what I was actually charged for. Maybe the details were buried somewhere in the fine print, but it really shouldn’t take that much effort.

I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make the pricing much more upfront and easier to understand. The unclear billing was frustrating enough, but the waiting just made the whole thing feel worse.

"Ordering went through without any real issues..."
Ordering went through without any real issues, so at first I was like, okay, that was easy enough. But then I kept waiting for the confirmation emails and thinking, hmm, did it actually go through? They did show up eventually, just later than I expected.

"Autoship Was Way More Confusing Than It Needed to Be"
I had to cancel the autoship twice, which was so annoying I wanted to scream a little. It should’ve been simple, but it ended up feeling like way more of a hassle than expected.

"Didn't do anything for my sciatica"
I don’t know why, but I was expecting this to help at least a little with my sciatica. It felt basic and didn’t really ease the pain going down my leg at all. Just wasn’t worth it for me

"Took a bit longer than I expected"
Umm, it did help a little, but the results were slower than I was hoping for. I wouldn’t say it didn’t work, just that it took some patience.

"Good posture advice, but it took a while to get through"
I used losethebackpain.com mostly for the posture and alignment tips, and overall it was helpful. Some of it was stuff I probably should’ve already known, but I needed the reminder because my desk habits were not great.

The stretches and sitting advice made me realize how bad my setup was, and after trying a few changes, my back does feel a little less tight. It’s not like everything magically disappeared, but I do feel better than before.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the information was useful, but I got a bit frustrated waiting to get through some of the longer pages. I just wanted the main tips without so much scrolling, but once I got to the actual advice, it was easy enough to follow.

"Not really worth it for me"
I tried losethebackpain.com and... i wasn’t all that impressed. The information felt basic to me, and I didn’t really feel like I got much help from it. It just wasn’t what I was expecting.

"I thought getting my money back was..."
I thought getting my money back was going to turn into a whole epic battle, but it was actually easy. No chaos, no endless back-and-forth—just got the refund and moved on with my life.

"Shipping was fine, just a little slower than I hoped"
I ordered from losethebackpain.com and, in my experience, the package did arrive without any major problems. It just felt a bit slower than I was expecting, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which made it hard to tell what was going on.
That said, everything was in the box and nothing came damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. Personally, I’d say they seem reliable enough, but the shipping speed could definitely be better. Overall, it was a average experience for me

"Health claims felt sketchy, and support didn't help"
I didn’t feel comfortable trusting the health claims they were making. Some of it just sounded way too vague and a bit sketchy to me. I reached out to support hoping they’d explain it better, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was asking. That made me trust it even less.

"My back’s been feeling a lot better"
It wasn’t some overnight thing, obviously, but after using it for a few months my back definitely hurts a lot less. I stuck with it and gave it time, and that seems to have made a real difference.

Lose The Back Pain Q&A

Why am I unable to connect with your online address? What's the issue?

Lewis.Moreno
January 01, 2019

“I can definitely answer that. It's the system constantly altering spellings! I can't even begin to count how many times it has attempted to undo my partially written words or web addresses! Who came up with a process that prevents us from spelling accurately, just because it prefers a different way? Or it assumes we intended to use a different word altogether! If you're having trouble accessing any websites, double-check how it modified your writing. The correct word is TIL, an abbreviation for until, not TILL as in tilling the soil!”

Why was there a $1 charge on my Visa that I did not agree to, even though I ordered the free book online and paid $5.98 for shipping using my credit card?

“These individuals are complete scam artists! I strongly advise staying away from this company at all costs! They have repeatedly made fraudulent charges on my card, and I have been engaged in a constant battle with them ever since. Their so-called 90-day refund policy is absolutely worthless, and to make matters worse, I never even authorized the creation of my account!”

How can I make them stop sending me items that I haven't ordered?

“You have the option to decline a package when the shipper delivers it, or even afterwards. The shipper can arrange for it to be returned as "refused". If it is a package sent through US mail, you can write "refused, return to sender". Contact your debit or credit card bank and request them to stop payments. If possible, try to stop payments directly through the website, if they provide an entry field for it, although it may not always be available. Consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online, but make sure to provide specific details such as dates, charges, and actions taken. This approach tends to be more effective than a frustrated rant.”

I placed an order yesterday and I would like to cancel it.

“Clearly, they are unable to provide assistance on Sitejabber since it is not their platform. Like most companies, you would need to visit their official website for support.”

Yeah, I was planning on trying out the free trial and if it worked, I would have continued with the order. It seemed like something worth trying since it's supposed to be natural. However, after reading all these negative reviews, I have changed my mind. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but to see a whole page filled with customers complaining - something seems off. This representative, Eva K., keeps responding to every complaint and making excuses, but there's definitely something suspicious going on if so many people are complaining about being charged on their credit cards after canceling and the company's refusal to accept unopened returns. I'm definitely avoiding this company. Has anyone in this situation received a refund?

“I'm not entirely certain about the refund policy. Additionally, I find it puzzling why there are negative reviews, as it seems like those individuals never truly gave the product a fair opportunity. Personally, I have been using it for 15 years without any complaints. It is true that they offer a monthly shipment option, but I have never utilized it. Initially, I gave it a try but then easily canceled it. I prefer to order it only when I require it.”

“I've had nothing but positive experiences with their products. However, I've learned the importance of thoroughly reading the terms and conditions. After adjusting my diet and incorporating their capsules, I am now completely pain-free.”

“I was able to get a refund for one newsletter, but unfortunately, I received a flat-out refusal for any other refund requests.”

“Honestly, I believe he possesses a solid core philosophy regarding the mechanics and psychology behind back pain. His free book, the 7-day cure, was actually quite good and the information provided was fairly accurate. However, where he loses people, including myself, is with the action plans he mentions throughout the book. It turns out that these plans are mostly derived from his own material, which means that implementing the plan could potentially cost over $1000. This was a major turn off for me. His so-called friendly emails, where he asks for the reader's help, and the pseudo-friendly headings like "I know you" and "I made a mistake" are all tactics commonly used in mass marketing, which he undoubtedly pays a marketing business to come up with. As for his products, they have either not worked for me or have only provided temporary relief. For example, the "Heal and soothe" and pain cream only work for about 5 minutes. Additionally, other products he sells can be found at much cheaper prices elsewhere. Ultimately, it is up to the reader to decide for themselves. It does seem that there are those who have had great success with his methods.”
